Yesterday protester Yeshua Musa was arrested for being on the Capitol square with a bat and a megaphone talking about how black lives matter. His arrest was violent and uncalled for. He was a protest leader and his arrest was clearly retaliation.
This morning I woke up to word that he was moved to segregation a part of the jail that even the Sheriff, Dave Mahoney calls cruel and inhumane. So I decided to doxx him. I gave him 4 hours to remove Yeshua from segregation and instead put him in general population. If he didn’t I would release his doxx which you can find here. At the 4 hour mark he hadn’t so I posted it with the text:
Now its important to interject some history. Last time I was in jail I was fighting a completely bullshit nuclear terrorism charge, I beat the charge. So the way I worded it was so obviously a burn on the FBI and US Attorneys office for their horrible prosecution. I became the first person in fact to get charged under 18 USC 2332i – Acts of Nuclear Terrorism and subsequently the first person to beat that charge.
Fast forward a few hours im at a small protest on the square. The drone overhead keeps following me. I get word that on the scanner they announced that they had a warrant for my arrest for terroristic threats and that they will arrest me as soon as i leave the group.
I’m sitting on the planter in the group drone still overhead awaiting my impeding arrest. Let’s make this very clear nothing in that was a terroristic threat. I am fighting the real terrorists. Thats the whole point. But because the DA and Sheriff don’t like my perfectly legal activity they are trying to trump up some more bullshit.
What about my actuvism makes them so determined to falsely label me a terrorist once again? I think Dave Mahoney needs to spend more time working on making my reforms on the jail and less on personal vendettas because he’s butt hurt I doxxed him. The protest is now ending. Please show out and stand up and let them know this isn’t ok. Thanks.
